14-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied, ask for a refund within 14 days of any payment, whether it's your first payment or a yearly renewal, and we'll refund it in full. No questions asked.

After 14 days

Payments older than 14 days are generally not refundable, but you can cancel at any time so your plan won't renew. If something went wrong on our side, contact us and we'll make it right.

How to ask

Email hello@platepages.com from the address on your account, or reply to your receipt from Paddle, our reseller. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
