What others charge
You pay in your own currency, with local tax handled for you. Payments are processed securely by Paddle, our reseller.
Do I need a card for the free trial?
No. Sign up with your email and use everything for 14 days. You only pay when you decide to keep your site.
What happens when the trial ends?
Choose “Go live” in your dashboard and pay for a year. If you don't, your site switches to a plain text menu so any QR codes you printed still work, and everything you set up is kept in case you come back.
Which countries do you support?
All of them. Choose your country and we set your currency, time zone, clock and the allergen list your food rules ask for. You can change any of these.
Can I write my menu in my own language?
Yes. Your dishes, descriptions and story can be in any language. A few labels on the site are in English for now.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Every site gets a free address like yourcafe.platepages.com, and you can connect a domain you already own at no extra cost.
Do my QR codes ever expire?
Never. They point to platepages.com, not to a page that can change, so they keep opening your latest menu for as long as they exist, even if you stop paying.
What will I pay in my currency?
The pricing above shows your local price, for example ₹4,999, A$149, £79 or €89 a year. You pay in your own currency at checkout, and local tax is handled for you.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from your dashboard. Your site stays online until the end of the year you paid for, then it won't renew.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you're not happy, ask within 14 days of a payment for a full refund. See our refund policy for details.
